Sunlight Party 2017 (March 31 – April 2)

Line of Sweden & Xquisit Events present the Sunlight Party!  (Svensk version här)
Scandic Gävle Väst   Please note our venue change! We are moving!

Welcome to a full fun-filled weekend with some of the top choreographers/instructors in the world! Gävle is located about 1,5 hours north of Stockholm and thanks to great connections it’s really easy to get to from anywhere in the world. If you ever wanted to visit Sweden for a linedance event, this is your chance!

The event tickets have everything you need included; dancing, accomodation, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, Wi-Fi, pool, gym etc. We will also provide information about the surroundings if you’d like to bring a non-dancing friend or if you consider to stay some extra nights (at a dicounted price, of course)! More info on the hotel available at the hotel website.

The 2017 edition of this event will be upgraded on some major points:
* Aimed towards more levels of dancers, from Improver to Advanced
* We’ve got 2 dance floors
* We now have 4 instructors
* We now have 3 DJs

Travel info

Traveling to Gävle is easy. You fly to Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) and then you connect with a northbound train. You don’t even have to leave the airport since train station is located underground below the airport. The train ride is about 1,5 hours and cost about 35 £.

Information about Swedish trains can be found on www.sj.se. When you get to the Gävle train station, we will run a shuttle service to the hotel. Just let us know your estimated time of arrival well ahead. We can drop you off there after the event as well.

 We will be glad to help you with your train bookings or questions of any kind. Just send an e-mail to johan@trappsnickaren.se. Johan will help you out with any questions regarding travels. Use the same e-mail to request shuttle service.

Suggestion: Arlanda is located just north of our beautiful capitol Stockholm, why not extend your visit for a few days? Lots to see and do in Stockholm too! More information on www.visitstockholm.com

 In Sweden you shouldn’t have any problems getting by speaking English. Almost everyone here will understand you.

 Welcome!
